Alright so the other day I made a quick video about process mapping. This was the process that we were talking about and this is something that would tell you the truth. We kind of take it for granted here in the office. When we’re onboarding new accounts. There’s always kind of different. Different clients have different ways that they’d like things done and to make things real simple here. I figured out some different ways with our own protocols of power able to make things real efficient. This is one of our internal tasks that I was showing. How we do the other day and I had someone call up today and was telling me that we should do just offer this service as a standalone thing that people can implement within their own companies or you know if they want us to do the implementation and actually do the work for them then we can do that as well. How things bounce back and forth between our team and their team or whatever the different things are. But. This is something that. We are going to be offering and be happy to talk with anyone who would like to talk about process mapping. We can set up a discovery call and go from there and throw a link down in the bottom of this video to set up a call on my calendar and let’s try and get your stuff more efficient. It’s something that. Like I said we take it for granted here are people run really really smoothly which is why we’re able to do what we do. And it’s definitely a need that a lot of people have within their companies and the caller that I talked to this morning was saying that this kind of stuff is a luxury item that most people don’t really have because in order to make this work you have to have all the team members in place and everything to be able to do it before you can even start thinking about the process. We’re here because we have so much a charge resources to work with. You know this is kind of something that we definitely take for granted. And I’ve set this up in a variety of different ways I mean this is just one process that we have here that we do. This is this is what we would do if there are photo stuff every day. But I’d set up real similar things for. Ton of different processes for a ton of different clients all over the world. So if you’re interested in getting some help I’d like to talk with you about it and see what I can do this sort of stuff makes me happy and. You know it’s something I definitely would like to help you out with. So. Click on the link and let’s get on a call and talk. Hope you have a good day.

So process mapping is essentially the same thing as designing a play. For the playbook of your business. You got to really be organized with how you lay out what each team member is going to do and when they’re going to do it as well as one they’re going to hand it off. To do like a handoff.
